Club Candidates

 

 

Information for Candidates to the LIFE MEMBERS GROUP Club.

LIFE MEMBERS GROUP is a closed-type Russian motorcycle club, whose activities are regulated by internal Rules. A Harley-Davidson motorcycle owner who has passed the Club membership procedure can become a candidate for the LIFE MEMBERS GROUP. The Candidate must fill out an application, the Club's questionnaire, attach a photo and send it to e-mail mail@lifemembers.group. After discussion and approval of the candidacy by the Board of Officers, the applicant will be presented to the Club in the status of a Candidate to the Club.

Club requirements for the Candidate:

1.  A registered Harley-Davidson motorcycle.
2. The presence of a driver's license of category "A" and has reached the age of 18.
3. LIFE MEMBER status in the international hog at the time of joining the Club.
4. Passing the procedure for joining the Club.

The procedure for joining the Candidate to the LMGRussia Club:

Admission to the Candidates Club lasts 2 years / motorcycle season *:

1.  The candidate must travel 5000 km with the Club. for two years / motorcycle season.
2. The candidate is obliged to participate in all mandatory Club events (three events per year / motorcycle season).
3. The candidate is obliged to pay the established annual Club fee. If, for any reason, the "procedure for joining the Club" is not completed, the annual fee will not be refunded to the Candidate.
4. The candidate is obliged to respect and preserve the traditions of the LIFE MEMBERS GROUP Club. Know and comply with the Club Rules.

* if the Candidate has a recommendation from a Club member, the procedure for joining the Club lasts 1 year / motorcycle season (drive 2500 km with the Club, mandatory participation in three events). At the same time, the member bears full responsibility to the Club for the recommended Candidate during one year / motorcycle season.

At the time of joining, the Candidate can use all the privileges of a Club member, except for:

1.  The candidate does not have the right to vote at Club meetings.
2. The candidate has no right to wear the Club insignia (the colors of the Club). The candidate at the time of entry is given stripes: small top rocker "CANDIDATE".
3. The candidate has no right to come out with "statements" on behalf of the Club to third parties.

For two years / motorcycle season *, the Club members make a decision on whether the Candidate meets all the requirements of the Club. Each member of the Club participates in the decision to accept a new Candidate. A candidate becomes a full member of the Club only with a unanimous vote of the Club. After admission, all restrictions are removed, the Candidate becomes a member of the Club. The candidate is given the Club logo (colors) and the right to vote at the Club meetings.
